"Our central air conditioner unexpectedly stopped working when temperatures were still pretty high. We contacted Jeff Thurn HVAC for help to determine what the problem was. He was very friendly and was able to come investigate the issue with our AC unit. The unit was pretty old and essentially worn out. He explained all the details and options so that I could choose what would work for me. I chose to replace the AC unit and he was able to switch it out with quickly. I was so impressed that when my furnace went out later, I called him back for service. Again he explained my options and pricing so that I could choose the best choice for me. I also replaced the furnace and both the AC and furnace have been great. I found his prices to be very reasonable and better than other companies that I asked for estimates.
